Thursday 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Working with people of varying ages, levels of fitness and abilities, this is designed for everybody to take part, allowing you to work at your own pace and ability. It utilises a wide range of methods from cardiovascular workouts, resistance training, stability and core fitness, mobility and flexibility. The classes are ideal for those who want to lose weight, improve strength and muscle tone, increase flexibility and mobility and improve overall cardiovascular fitness. A weekly weigh-in session is also available prior to class. It is facilitated by Maggie O’Donoghue, a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor on the Register of Exercise Professionals. Cost is £3 per session.
